Jayson Tatum was interviewed postgame after the Celtics' 121-119 loss vs the Bucks. He was asked about the Celtics' comeback. "We just played a lot tougher," said Tatum. The C's managed to come all the way back from a 20+ point deficit.
Tatum also talked about Daniel Theis' final shot. "That was a good shot." Theis had a chance to win it with a corner three at the buzzer, but the shot didn't fall.
He also commented on Kemba Walker's play down the stretch. Walker was a huge driving force in the Celtics' comeback. "It's a good sign," he said, referencing Walker's play. Tatum said that a bunch of guys were able to come together and put together a comeback.
Tatum struggled early-on in the game, but pieced together a nice performance late. He finished the night with 18 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 assists. Tatum shot 7-19 from the field and 1-6 from deep.
